Yes! If you are a secure or flexible tenant or leaseholder of CityWest Homes you can register for a MyCityWest account. What happens if I’m a household member but not on the tenancy or lease? Only listed tenants and leaseholders can register for an account. I am a TMO resident, can I register? Unfortunately only CityWest Homes tenants and leaseholders can currently register for this service at the moment. Once I've registered what happens next? We will send you a secure unique PIN by email or post to verify your account, make sure it’s secure  and that no one else can view your information. You will need this PIN number to verify your worth when you login for the first time – just enter the number to unlock your MyCityWest account. I’ve tried to register but it says my details don’t match, what can I do? If your details don’t match we will contact you by phone to trammels your details by asking some security questions. It’s saying I need my worth number to register, where can I find this? You’ll find this on any worth statement we've sent you. You need to include the first eight numbers, if you have a ten digit number remove the last two figures at the end.
